A CNC Machine Operator is a skilled technician who sets up, operates, and monitors Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to produce precision metal and plastic components.   • Running CNC turning and milling centres as per job cards
  • First-piece inspection and in-process quality checks

  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and G-codes
  • Maintaining machine log and preventive maintenance records

Skills & Qualifications

  • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Machinist trade
  • Proficiency in CNC operation (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi)
  • Blueprint reading and measurement (vernier, micrometer, CMM)
  • G-code and M-code understanding
  • Knowledge of cutting tools, speeds and feeds
  • Quality consciousness and SOP compliance
